That is almost certainly malware.Aside from the options already listed you can also use trendmicro's housecall, it's pretty good.http://housecall.trendmicro.com/If you cant do anything at all try restarting the computer and just after you see the manufactors logo, but before you see the windows loading emblem press F8 at the top of your keyboard repeatedly until you see white text on the screen. then select Safe-Mode with Networking. That should get you in without the malware running, give you a chance to run some AV programs.Other good resources to check out:http://www.malwarebytes.org - free excellent on-demand scannerhttp://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix - combofix, like a bazooka for malware, it's a little more dangerous but the guide will help you through it, it's really pretty simple.http://security.symantec.com/nbrt/npe.aspx - noton power eraser, good free rootkit scanner, requires a reboot though.http://support.kaspersky.com/5350?el=88446 - tdsskiller, a good free rootkit scanner for tdss family rootkits, quick and easy to use.http://www.piriform.com - ccleaner, excellent free utility to remove temp files (where malware likes to hide)These tools have taken care of 99% of the malware that I run into.Good luck.
